NEF "Sidekick" 50 caliber rifle using 100gr equivalent 777 powder and a 200 grain TC Shockwave bullet.

I've only killed 2 deer with it but both were quick kills. I see no reason to ever change.

TC Omega shooting 110g Pyrodex with 250g Barnes expanders at 1800 fps. It's a little old school compared to the smokeless set ups but it shoots great when its clean. Its a lucky gun too which keeps me using it.

I'll have one of two smokeless MLs in my hand, depending on where I sit.

#1 is a Remingon 700 ML with PacNor barrel. Nicknamed her Fat Amy. She's more for field sits.

#2 is a H&R 45-70 Conversion. For my long hikes though the woods.

That H&R conversion looks great!
