Nope you didn't miss it. My 1st shot I thought was good but my lighted nock didn't work so I wasn't sure and it was very thick cover. He mule kicked and bolted in front of me at 15 yards pointing straight away. I thought "he is gonna tip over" but instead began walking as if not hit. He turned quartering away and I saw no wound so I shot again at 17 yards. I simply don't understand why he wasn't dead within 30 seconds ( I watched him after the shots for 45 min until he walked out of sight). Both exit wounds were perfect…. Or so I thought. Sorry for the lack of detail in the original post, I did t wanna bore folks.
