Not the first bad review on an oracle I have heard of. Send it to dpms and make them make it right

well.. .i took another oracle 223 on a trade. put the vortex scope on it, and freehand can get 2" groups @ 100yds.. So it was either the crown on the other gun, or the cheapo rails were binding the barrel somehow..
