...trophy this trophy that, MATURE bucks and does only, only X number deer on my property cause that's what's pics I have, 120s 130s 140s 150s blah blah, and my favorite... "Do yall think I should go hunt today or not cause such and such?"
Geez. No personal shots here but what happened to just going huntin?

If there was only 1 I would have probably shot the 6 point I had at 15 yds on opening day. If I had 3 buck tags, I would have drilled him.
Hate to tell you but research and time has shown me that YOU WILL see deer on your property in the fall that have not been in your home range all year long, much of this has to do with food patterns, so,ex has to,do with hunting pressure around you but much has to do with the rut and rutting behavior.
This is one reason it's important to run trail cameras year round and check them year round,

Doing anything out of spite is not good for your mental health. The deer you take deserve more respect than you would probably be giving them. If you want to shoot the first two spikes that come along and are happy with them, then I will help you drag them out and will be the first to congratulate you. If you shoot anything, regardless of size, just to get back at someone or some agency, then you really need to ask yourself why you are hunting in the first place.
Great attitude! Just start fishing now if you are that pissed off over something that pretty much didn't affect you or thousands of others that never killed 3 anyways. Instead of being positive and keeping an open mind hunters like you are now saying to heck with all y'all and I am going to kill everything just piss everyone off. I think it is funny sometimes when I see post on here about how hunting is all about spending time with friends and family or just being able to spend time in Gods creation and watching the sun come up but some of the same folks will make posts like this. If they truly believed those things then a simple change in limits wouldn't matter imo.stik":1ogjmuf0 said:it has certainly changed mine. those 2.5 yo 8 points i have been passing under a 3 buck limit will now get shot. i have rarely killed 2 bucks in a season having passed many chances. i WILL kill 2 bucks a season from here on out until they get their 1 buck limit, then i'll just go fishing.

But it doesn't change anything for me, I ain't got no never mind anyways .....
