Me too. We went out to dinner last night and the town seemed a tad quiet. I think everyone is headed to Omaha.

Opposite. Sooners used their ace. Rebel ace threw a 110+ pitch complete game Thursday so he likely won't be available until Monday if necessary.

According to the rule, it was the correct call I think, but the rule is ridiculous. I guarantee had the throw not hit him, and he beat out the throw, there would have been no call. Since there was a bad throw, it cost him.
