Saban would be a hard person to be in charge over you for sure. I have his book "How good do you want to be" in which he outlines the history and background behind his methods. He says he understands that nobody will ever be perfect but that is no excuse to be content...always strive to improve and get better. That is a standard that even most adults can't handle...and we are talking about 18 to 21 yr old kids that are largely more pampered than the adults. Some of them have never had any authority figure or structure in their life either, and just can't hack it. I'm an adult but I admit sometimes it does weigh on you after a while when everything you do is never good enough.
