Now if someone wants to go and set some case law for us that would be generous. Still wouldn't keep the rest of us from getting ticketed but at least we'd have something to cite in our defense

Years ago I had permission to hunt a property in town, that was owned by a business I worked for. There was one heck of a ten point using the ag field that was also owned by the business owner. I was working as maintenance supervisor for the owner, and I had been watching the deer for months. A boy poached the deer with a .22 and bragged about it. Made me sick, I was planning to bowhunt it. A homeowner just up the road called the law, and I told the owner of the property. Needless to say he got caught, got fired from his job, and not sure what the law did to him.

I don't live in the city, but have some ground there. In the past I've even been approached by a few city folk that are tired of the deer eating their flowers and shrubs. I sat down with a city LEO and discussed what exactly this meant.
