12" group at 25 yards.... Send it. Vortex is like Sitka you buy it and your guaranteed a kill. Guess that's my problem.

Never understood how people could go and buy a gun the Friday night before opening day, but many years ago the sporting goods manager at our Walmart told me that was the day he sold the most guns ever year. At least people sighting in at the range today are doing it now.

I'll take the vortex no matter how old or who originally purchased it. It's under full warranty. I've bought several used. One of them would fog up. They sent me A brand new one. Made me a customer for life.

Funny but also sad, some probably really don't know any better. Almost like the rifle scope combo deals are ready to hunt.....It's easy. They bore sight it and all is good! No need to waste bullets.
I'm on the other end of the spectrum and OCD about my reloads and rifle accuracy/precision. My rifle has been ready for months.
When I was a teenager I worked in the sporting goods section at Kmart. Amazing the people lined up this night to buy guns, gear, licenses, etc.
