No problem. Just don't forget it's loaded.

I put tape that says LOADED over the muzzle so there is no chance of a double load

Just be super sure not to leave the load in after the season. I never forget anything,.. until I did. Fortunately, the muzzle was in a safe direction when I popped a primer to start checking my zero for the next season. It was a surprise.
