With the new CWD regulations, we can't bring our deer back to east TN without processing them. Due to time constraints lately, we've been forced to utilize a deer processor. Surprisingly, it isn't easy to find on in the Big Sandy area of Benton County. We gave Laurel Hill over in Puryear a try. WOW! The absolute cleanest, friendliest, most professional outfit I've ever dealt with. This place is spotless! The prices are competitive. Their snack sticks and summer sausage are top notch as well. Their finished product is cleaned of fat and silver skin also. I just felt that I needed to give these folks a shoutout. If you're needing one, and your within reasonable driving distance, give this guy a try! I don't think you'll be disappointed. They even dragged my son's buck and my buddy's to a nice spot for a picture and posed them. Good folks.
