Thoughts on what this vermin might be toting away? Can't really tell from my phone pic.

To me, it just looks like his feet are hanging down as he takes off.
I thought maybe a small rat or something. This pic is on a back corner of a corn field. I was hoping they are cleaning them out of there. I've been seeing a few rats out in the field. Thanks!
Hard to tell. Either his feet or a field mouse maybe.
