Originally from east TN but live 3+ hours away now. I give to TFT currently I think it's a great effort. I give to NWTF also for what that's worth- but if I was ever visiting family in the area when an event or fundraiser was going on I would very likely attend and let go of some dollars.

Yes the State park at Unicoi, near Helen Ga.
Next Friday and Saturday is the turkey call maker's annual gathering. The best call makers in the country will be there..I use to go to the NWTF Nashville event in February, but once I found this event I spend my money here. Not associated with any organization, just turkey hunters getting together.
