My Ruger Predator loves 41.5 gr of H4350 w/ a,140 Gr Hornady SST set at I believe 2.820. Good Luck finding H4350. It's harder to find than Varget.

I'd hoped to, but I don't think I'll have a rifle in time. I have 400 6.5 bullets, 9 pounds of H4350, and 500 pieces of brass for the caliber though. :?

Cart, horse...something.

Man that's a rough situation LOL

I expect to get my gun sometime next week. I'll send the bolt off for fluting at LRI then get the barreled action re-cerakoted. Then it'll be time to put it to work.

I plan to use my 260 REM when hunting close, thick areas from my bowhunting treestand setups. I'll use my 6.5 Creedmoor when hunting 350 yard open foodplots.

Unless I feel like taking my 270 WIN or my 7MM-08. Or my 243 WIN. Decisions, decisions! But my favorites are the two 6.5s, so chances are they will get the most duty.

I placed a 12fv in 6.5 on backorder with Cabela's last month. From the email I got today, there is not a known date it should be in... I'm in no rush to get it, but I sure hate waiting and not knowing when I'll get it.

Cabela's just emailed me that the 12fv is ready for pickup at the Bowling Green location. Looks like a short road trip this weekend. Ordered it 9/17. Backorder filled 11/1.

Good deal. My 6.5 came in about a week ago. LRI currently has the bolt for fluting. I'll probably start shooting it next year. I worked up a great load for my .308 AR that I'll use for rifle season.
