TSS out of a 28 is wicked. Mate it up with the right choke and load and you're good to 40, actually further but I won't recommend that out of respect for the bird.

I'm sure excited about giving it a go. I've always wanted a 28 gauge and thought taking a Turkey with it would be the ultimate hunt. I'll let ya know how it patterns once I get to try it. I sure do appreciate all the info, makes me think I'm on the right track.
