What did I hit?

20 yds shot, broadside, Matthews, slick tricks, turning light. Deer was slowly walking, thought was good hit but no thump sound. Arrow was 30 yds away from hit area. Small amount of blood on broadhead none on arrow! I can't understand what happened, going to give it 4 hrs and look

Were you using an illuminated nock? Could you tell what the deer did after being shot? How they were walking/running. was tail up or tail down?

Found him, had shot back on him, should have known with him walking, zero blood, 300 yds in some tree down, actually amazed I saw him
