Knowing all the work invested there...that is a tough pill to swallow.
Of course, it means so much to the current generation because we've poured our lifeblood into the place. Not only all the hunting and management but building the cabin ourselves. The next generation won't have that attachment; hence they will just see the place for its monetary value.
However, it would be a very nice place for a deer hunter with deep pockets.
With the many years of detailed history, 20+ years of camera censuses proving what the property can produce, and uniqueness of the cabin, I suspect a high-end hunting land realtor could sell the place for well above current "rural land" prices.
