I suspect they will end up letting folks draw by them self.

How bad do you have to be in denial to not know what a DISASTER this has been from the get go. No offense to the officers or employees that have common sense but good freaking grief this has been a train wreck that caught on fire and then they tried putting it out with a garden hose.
