Probably not. If it was a leftover draw and supposed to be in person, they allowed time for everyone to be in the door and then drew and went home. If it was just computerized with no in person thing, then who knows how it went.

The start time is the start time. If you don't pre-register for the drawing online, you'd better get there early to register in person. Once the start time rolls around (in this case, 6pm), registration is closed.

Oh, I was registered. Registered days before online.

There was no waiting for those that were registered.

6:00 - 8:00 apparently means the drawing is at 6:00.

Be warned if you plan to attend one of these in the future. Call ahead and confirm how the individual site is going to do things. That is if you can get someone to answer the phone.
