BEEn real busy lately and not posting much but had a little time this last weekend for some smoking. Beef brisket start to finish. First one I have ever cooked and it was goooood even if I do say so myself
This one was over hickory wood. I have two more ready to go on tomorrow over applewood. I'm really wanting peachwood as it is a favorite for lots of people!! Hopefully they will turn out as good or better than the first. Fingers crossed!! These are only 12 lbers whereas the first was a 16 lb brisket
