Brisket

First time cooking a brisket for me. Followed a Meat Church cook/recipe and let me tell ya it was delicious!! Total cook time was 14 hours.

Great looking bark, and looks delicious. What seasoning, and what type of smoker, wood, charcoal, etc? What temp did you cook at? What was final meat temp? Did you use the infant optics monitor? 😂

Grill is a Treager ironwood. 12 hours at 200 on super smoke. Wrapped once IT hit low 170s then bumped the temp up to 250. Pulled once IT hit 203, let it rest on the counter, then placed inside a cooler for a few hours until dinner.
