First time cooking a brisket for me. Followed a Meat Church cook/recipe and let me tell ya it was delicious!! Total cook time was 14 hours.
Great looking bark, and looks delicious. What seasoning, and what type of smoker, wood, charcoal, etc? What temp did you cook at? What was final meat temp? Did you use the infant optics monitor?
