Private pond fishing

Is there a limit on fish types in a farm pond that I have permission or own?

I do know there is a STATEWIDE creel limit on bass.

No matter where you are fishing.

For instance we fish a private pond that is overpopulated with bass. So we are trying to remove as many small bass as we can catch to take pressure off the food supply. What are the legalities of this?

Legally, you have to abide by the statewide creel limit.

If I was wanting to do some population work, I would get in touch with the local officer for some guidance.
