The last sentence in note 5 is what you need to know
"No antlered deer may be taken during this period in Unit L. Antlered deer may be taken during this period in Unit CWD (statewide bag limit still applies)."
So if you are Unit L, it's antlerless only, if you are in Unit CWD, you can still take an antlered deer, provided you still have a tag to burn.
