Placing Trail Cams on WMA

I know there are other (older) posts on this question, but I think mine is slightly different. I would like to place a couple trail cams on some spots on a WMA. I have called the WMA Area Manager several times, but there is never an answer. No voice mail either. Not sure if the telephone number is a cell phone or not, but I have attempted to also txt the Area Manager. No response. Is there another way to contact or should I just call the TWRA general number? I'm trying to obtain permission to do this, but not having any luck.

You could try calling the Region Office for where the WMA is located. They probably have multiple ways to get in touch with the WMA managers.

Call Region Office and ask them to have WMA Manager call you back. I usually get a call back in a day or two.

I have always had the most success e-mailing WMA managers. They'll respond pretty soon. Seldom get called back on the phone in a timely manner, if at all.

I would do the same, if the Hunting Guide or website provided an e-mail address.

Type his name and "TWRA" on Google and see if a directory comes up with his e-mail address. Otherwise, yes, call the regional office for the e-mail address.

Thanks. I'll try that, but I know that in my line of work, TN.gov only publishes that information for commissioner, assistant or deputy commissioner level, but will give it a shot.

They need to either allow it on all of them or on none of them, stop the buddy buddy deals imo
