[Snake]

This one is a muzzleloader hunt during the rut. Yes they rut in mid October when it's 85 degrees. There are archery and rifle options on this island and other islands as well. In December, I'll be bow hunting. I don't want to track deer though when it's 80 with snakes all over. Not every island or every area is that thick though. In what I call the "sea of palmettos" it is very difficult to see your feet and you have to crawl in a lot of areas.

Glad you had a great time but not for me ... nope I know my handle is Snake but that's only in play life I hate snakes .

Now this is one really cool hunt. Snakes don't really bother me that much with the exception of EASTERN DIAMONDBACKS! Give me a good ol' copperhead or cottonmouth any day. Those eastern diamondbacks get huge! Growing up in southern Mississippi I have had more than my share of encounters with all the above.
