2024 I intend on putting in for Iowa which I know will take possibly 4-5 years to draw. I also have the intentions of putting in for a Kansas tag. Really interested in Kansas wonder how long it will take to draw that tag.

Depends on the zone you're applying for in Iowa but, zone 5 and zone 6 are at minimum 5 years potentially more. I drew on my 6th year this year for zone 5. I know nothing about the KS tag system, interested to see what is posted here…

The further west you go into KS the easier it is to draw a tag. We rifle hunted and drew every year but I've heard it's becoming more like every other year

Might try bordering OTC states such as MO, NE, OK, & IL for years you don't draw the tags you want.
