This trip has been very special, deer aside. It's the first time my brothers and I have all been together hunting at the same place in over a decade.
Maybe my favorite part of the trip has been deer camp. It's an old barn that we have all slept and cooked in for the last 4 days.
Everyone pitching in processing, cooking, cleaning up and a LOT of laughs. Fortunately for me I'm the least funny of my brothers so it's been hilarious and nostalgic.
We've all already agreed this is going to be an every year trip from now on. I'm hunting one last morning (mostly scouting for next year) before heading back to TN today and I really don't want to leave this place, even though I'm ready to be home.
One of the funnest weekends I've had in a long time, and certainly top 3 for hunting trips.
