Going after some divers

My son wants to kill a bufflehead.
I want a hooded meganser.

He found a raft of about 300 birds yesterday afternoon.
Gonna head up this afternoon and swap his motors out on his boat and we are gonna go after them Sunday morning.

We will see I guess.
Least it won't be muddy.

Had one shot at a pair of buffleheads early this morning but they were a tad too far.
Ended up with 0.
Bout normal lol

Not sure where you're at but we used to bush wack a ton of buffleheads and Ruddyducks at the back of Chester Frost Park if you're close. That's mostly all we shot there until the late season Gadwalls and Cans came in.

We were on ky lake a few miles from lick creek.
The raft of 300+ birds my son saw Friday were still there we just couldn't get the setup right on them.
