Going after Sandhills today

Soon as stretch gets here we are heading out after the Sandhills.
This will be both of ours first time hunting them.
Hope we can get it done today because the storms are rolling in tonight / tomorrow.
Guide said we have birds so we will see I guess.
Wish I could take my 22-250 lol

Have you tried not aiming guns at them? Perhaps, offer them some tea?

Once you get a group to identify your spread and decide to commit, your heart will start pounding. When they all spread their wings and coast in with their feet down, it's the coolest sight you've ever seen while hunting.

We moved our second day to Jan. 10th.
Hopefully with this weather we will have new birds by then.
