My uncle has been doing it for years at thanksgiving. He injects with franks and then deep fries it. He's got it perfected after several years and it's the best I've ever had. The next one I cook will soak in a brine over night, more sauce injected, and will be cooked about 5 minutes less.
What temp and how long in the air fryer?
