I use it all but I like Frank's. For a quick commercial barbeque sauce I mix Frank's with Baby Ray's. Alone the barbeque sauce is too sweet but Frank's cuts that sweetness and spices it up some.

Another Broken Egg has a pepper sauce that is very good. Habanero based but not firey hot. Only sold at their restaurants.

One that's got FANTASTIC habanero flavor is Hurtin' Habanero by Dave's Gourmet. I first tried it on an Italian sammich at Firehouse Subs, but I put it on everything. But don't let the name scare you away. It's nothing compared to the Insanity or Ghost Pepper sauces.

Valentina #1 (super cheap in Mexican store and only place I can find it)
Louisiana #2 when I want a little more salt flavor.

I have lost 30# or so and since then hot food/flavor is what I crave!! No idea why although I have always eaten spicy but now days it is with every meal. I can not handle the Insanity sauces and such tho :)

Depends on what I'm eating. It could be ?Texas Pete, Franks or Tabasco. Never Louisiana

Got on this one a bit late, but I like Crystal or Trappey's for the Louisiana flavor. I'm a Cholula fan also. Of course, Frank's and Texas Pete are never bad.
