went last night and picked up my 6 month key tag ,,, finally getting enough energy to do some strength conditioning but damn I am out of shape,,it will take me 6 months of working out to get in good enough shape to start working out,,LOL,,

228 days out...I got on a treadmill about 3 weeks ago and just barely made it a mile and it was all I could do to get back upstairs when I got done...this morning I made it 3 miles albeit pretty dang slow but considering 7 and half months ago it took all the Doctors and Therapsit in 2 states to get m off the floor and back upright I will take it and try and keep going forward..

I can tell a big difference in the last week or so in that I feel so much better it's crazy

Last July 9 at Dr I weighed 220..when I left rehab Aug 27 I weighed 194..Jan 1 I weighed 230..this morning it was 223..

205 would be nice..

Sorry Mr. B, I just realized your Son has grown. Quite a bit.

He looks very tall...what you feeding him.....Can't be just camera angle. I recall an older picture of him with a Kimber I believe...

I dont mean to bore y'all but today is 11 months. 30 days shy of a year..I haven't taken anything stronger than a 200 mg Motrin or drank anything stronger than sweet tea.

It's been really rough..probably the hardest thing I ever did..ever..but Dang I feel better.
