Attractant/food placement on public land.

I found a little TVA property I wanted to try to harvest a deer from. I wanted to place attractant on it this week. Is that legal to place corn on these type of properties? I felt like the only restriction for attractants was for managed properties of TWRA.

Its a public unrestricted TVA property along the river.

If it isn't a WMA, there wouldn't be a TWRA ref against it. Since it is TVA, I would check with them.

Even if legal, it is still a bad idea. If one grain of the corn remains within the ten days prior to the archery opener, it would be a baited area on opening day.
