Literally any patch of land in a given unit will show that—but often TVA tracts right against the water that aren't properly parceled will show up just like this.
You can cross-check with the TVA published map and see how the area in question is shaded, or determine if the area is under the "high water mark," before the drawdown, in which case it is legal TVA hunting ground (with the caveat you have to be 100 yards from any visible dwelling).
