I'm starting to get nervous... still haven't heard a gobble in south MS. Checked my lease yesterday am... nothing. Im at my 3rd spot of this morn on national forest. I have a hen yelping back to me working her way in, but no gobbles. Going to give this spot a few more minutes before pulling out, still have 2 more places to check this am before work I haven't hit this year. If I don't find a bird in the next 2 days, I suppose I will take Sophia in blind to a semi local WMA for her juvie hunt/ glorified hiking trip.
Gobblers are still hanging together as of yesterday in our place in Wayne Co.
Good luck. MS juvie starts today, correct?

Yes, starts today. Sophia cannot miss any more classes or she will have to take final exams, so she didn't want to go this am.
