A true 150" deer is bigger than a lot of folks think. But even still, I'd have to re-measure that one.....and include the inside spread this time!!!

Wish l had better front view. Looks as he will be scored a main frame ten, which will help. G4 on one side much shorter. As a non typ , he will score prob as a main frame ten typ. Then deductions will be taken. Then abnormal points added back to net typ score for total non typ score. He will score better as a non typ . There is no such thing as a non typ gross score. Either way, a deer of a lifetime. Congrats

Yes and no . there is a bigger one running with him, he is a giant 12 point. Must have been some good genes in that area at some time. Buddy did not know about these, but neighbor told him about sightings and just so happened to be at the right place at the right time

Like a lot or most of middle TN we have decent genetics in the deer herd. Can you imagine the deer we'd have if only we had better dirt?
