What is the best way to sight in?

The elevation adjustment is maxed out and needs to be lower. Any solutions?

another option is get a small piece of felt or tape to put under the front of the mount where it contacts the receiver that will lift it pretty high then you have room to come back down.

Hawk, I had the same issue with the Burris Fastfire 3. I had to order a shim for it. I ordered 2 shims by accident. I'm not familiar with the speed bead, but if this shim will work for your then you are more than welcome to it! Text me your address and I'll mail it to ya. 901-356-2670.

You can sand the thin shim, but be careful. I had to drill up into the nubs to get the thin to work. It was fine for the season, but I did end up breaking one when taking the Fastfire off for a new battery.
