i would wager that the percentage of mature bucks in the east population is near or equal to mid/west tn counties. sure there are not as many. there are not as many deer period!

Re: You want the statistics? You can't handle the statistics very true and I knew that already. if I lived and hunted in the east I would want lower limits on all deer, especially does. In a few years maybe they wouldn't complain so much about not having many deer and by reducing the buck limit...

shot a decent 8 pt and passed 11 different bucks but these were bucks i was passing with the 3 buck limit.

i looked for over an hour in the dark for some sign of a hit and found nothing. i had missed a coyote just an hour before and after thinking i also missed the deer, i suspected my gun was off. the only sign i found of a hit deer the next morning when i could see was a little hair and scuffed up...

that's what i want to do with the one i shot last week. any recommendations on somebody to do it?
