First 25 pieces of 6.5 grendel to 6 arc. Will run through the sonic cleaner to remove one shot and any brass shavings.
Loaded up some Hornady140gr BTHP 6.5 creedmoor. Now this weather needs to cooperate so I can get to the range next weekend.
What's your recipe?
This batch is just to plink at the range. I'm using 40gr of H4350. I'll start developing more loads for long distance later. I have a buddy who's been wanting to shoot my rifle to see if he wants to buy one, so I loaded up some ammo.
10-4 I've got a load for my 6.5cm using superformance and 140 gr ELD-Ms that has shot sub MOA out to 1000.
I'm just getting started in the 6.5 realm. What's your recipe with Superformance? I'm hoping to stretch this 6.5 out close to a 1000 one day.
I'll have to check to be certain, but I think I'm at book max. I'm sure you know but remember to start low and work up for your particular rifle and components.
Also Superformance doesn't give extremely high velocity compared to some other powders I'm using, but it does give some very good accuracy so far.

Using imr4350 for my 6.5cm loads with excellent accuracy, also near max loads @42.0. With the 143 gr eldx giving torn same hole 100 yards groups if I do my part. Loads at 41.5 were not quite as tight, but we're acceptable.

Primed 25 pieces of my Lapua grendel to 6arc brass with cci 450's. Loaded 6 cases for testing with 24.5 imr4895 and 100 grain interlocks. Seated to 2.177. Cannelure looks off. Hopefully will get to fire a few test rounds in the coming days.

I've learned to ignore cannelure on everything that I load.
I am patiently waiting for my expander mandrels to arrive as I go deeper down the rabbit hole.

Added a couple more boxes of the 178 gr eldx as well. Blue collar reloading had them at $41/100 when I ordered my brass.

They show they still have them in stock https://www.bluecollarreloading.com/products/hornady-30cal-178gr-eld-x-3074. Very fair on price and shipping, and ship pretty quickly. They haven't charged me tax either.
Hope they still have them when I get ready again. Wish I had known when I got those boxes today.
