I bit the bullet on my 35. Bought dies and 210 grain cast bullets. Have primers - now ready to reload 250. Bullets were $61 at hunters-supply. Great experience by the way - they called me back twice to consult. Probably a better solution in the end anyway. I had the same good experience with xs sights over the holiday- I needed a taller front post for my marlin. I bought these 20 years ago. They spent time on phone and sent them free. Great ghost rings.

XS is my favorite brand of peep sights. I love that white stripe front post.

Holly is a small place how did you come to hunt PD's there?
You take 40 to Albuquerque then 25 n to Pueblo then east to Holly?
I have a BIL inherited a small piece of ground just east of Holly and he used it for PD killing with his 222. Claims to have seen whitetail deer there?

I found this guy Matt at Rebel Ridge Out Fitters who leases land there for hunting all kinds of critters. Yes, East Colorado. There is all kinds of game there, saw a few Mule Dear and Pheasant. Prairie Dogs are every where. We were there for 3 days in the same spot and killed them all day long. Never put a dent in them.

You could also try: Jonathan Seufer, Seufer Ranch. (719) 691-1092. Very nice people.

Todays work. Some 6.5 grendel and 350 legend on a nasty snow day.

I've been steadily working through 500 hornady fmj bullets with a free pound of tac powder I was given. That's gone now, but I did score an 8# jug of cfe223 for $185. I will finish them off with that and start loading some 55 gr softcpoints as well. Have a 6x45 barrel on the way from mcgowen, and all my other upper parts are patiently waiting it's arrival. I need to prep 223 brass and start a load work up for that.

I reloaded thirty 160g Accubonds for my 7mmRM. My Tikka has tons of freebore and these are .13" off the lands. (It took me a while to figure out the most consistent and accurate seating depth was super deep.) I hope to send some of these way down range this spring with MUP to confirm drop. -B

Beautiful chidrens all lined up there buddy! When this rain lets up, and wind, we'll try to get out there! I just picked up the new StaBall Match powder to try in the 6.5CM too, can't wait to try out a few loads with it also!

Weighed those 190 6 PPC cases and 172 of them were between 109.04 and 110.08 ,, I've never sorted brass but it would seem +/- a half grain should be plenty good and I'm not really sure it'll help anything but it's done. Lol

I shoot 16 fouler shots a match anyway so I marked those 18 to use as foulers.
