^^^ Correct, but it appears OP wants to know if he can legally deer hunt this weekend in Wayne County. Answer is no because Wayne is in Unit L, not Unit CWD, when referencing hunting season date regs. It seems a lot of folks confuse the "Unit" and the "Management Zone", and their differences when discussing CWD.

So, by default based on map, then Hickman and Perry would now be high risk. I recall the range was 10-20 miles, so might get Laurel Hill in Lawrence as well.
They been testing at LH since 2019..

Well so what! They have been testing deer everywhere! They supposedly found one in Lewis.

The rule was when they found one that the next county within X miles was then added to the CWD list. So, Hickman should definitely be a high risk area now.

Sort of like any 18 year old soilder may be higher risk for screwing women anywhere near their station.

Can I say that? Getting tired of the BS political correctness imposed on me for 30+ years.
