Figured this would be the place to ask.
If you have all the proper paperwork on the Bear as harvest tags, export papers.
How can you get rid of a mounted Bear that you no longer want, or need, here in TN?
Sell? Trade? Donate? Yard sale? Flee Market? City Dump?
Like I said this seems like the right place to ask.
I have never been in trouble with the TWRA and would like to keep it that way.
Have a lot of money invested in the workmanship on the mounts and would hate to have to just loss it.
Thanks

The regulation is found in the Rule on Commercial Use of Wildlife.

It is illegal to buy, barter, or sell any bear parts in TN. It does not matter if you have legal paperwork for the bear parts. They may be given away within the state if you don't receive ANY compensation.

Nothing precludes you from taking the bear parts to a state where it is legal to sell to a flea market, etc. there. However, it would be illegal to broker the sale from TN and then deliver them elsewhere.
