How many of you out there have seperate bows for hunting and target or 3D?

If so what do you look for in a target bow. Brace height, ATA, etc.

I had bowtech commander that I got rid of because I didn't care for the back wall so I got an allegiance. I love the alley for hunting, but I was much more accurate at long range with that commander. I am now looking at a Bowtech constitution or a 101st.

I do. I hunt with a Drenalin and shoot a Drenalin LD for tournaments.

I like the setup b/c they are very similar. For target I like longer ATA (DLD has a 37" ATA) with good string geometry. I like for the anchor to be very natural and for the string to hit my nose just so. The DLD does that well for me. Because of my short DL I get the same string angle at 37" ATA that most get at 39-40" ATA.

Other than that I look for what I shoot well. I shot the Drenalin well so the DLD wasn't a stretch. I did try other bows before buying the DLD with little success.

I don't care for the stock Mathews grip. I replace the grips with the same aftermarket grip so they all feel the same.
