Shooting Rail/Prop for Saddle Hunting

Very curious what people's inputs would be for having steadier shots with a gun from a saddle. I use a LWCG Pocket Arm for shooting but I don't feel confident shooting +150 yards with it due to the swinging of the arm. I know most shots for me will be sub 100 but if I get perched in a good thicket I'd like to feel confident in that.

Would appreciate any advice or feedback!

When I'm gun hunting with a saddle (which I love to do) I try to position myself so the tree is between me and the anticipated direction of the shot. When I have the opportunity I will let myself sit down against the tree and brace the rifle against the tree. This can give incredibly stable shots. The other thing I'll do is hang my pack to my left, unlike with a bow where I hang it to the right. That way I can also use the top of my pack as a rest. Also, don't be afraid to setup in a tree with some branches. If you can set up with those in the right place they make awesome rests. Hope this helps you some.

I've never considered any sort of add on shooting rest as I don't want to be carrying too much or fiddling around with extra gear.
