Anyone recommend a decent case for scoped brush guns like the Marlin 336 lever action? All three of my most used rifles including my CVA muzzleloader are under 39,5" long but most cases are obviously good bit longer. TIA

You might want to check out PLANO. They are made in the USA. I've had their cheap plastic cases you can get for around $25 all the way up to more expensive, more secure cases. I use them for throwing rifles and shotguns in the back of the truck for transport to another state, I've been happy with them. Never had anything damaged.

I like Allen soft rifle cases for my hunting rifles. My favorite was replaced by this one and I'll be getting another one of these after Christmas. These are VERY good, well padded cases......
Harbor freight has some nice cases ! I bought one on sale last year

You might consider the Boyt Alaskan. They come in various length's and since the 336 is short barreled the small might be your best fit.
