I've got several turkey breasts in the freezer. Anybody got a good recipe for grinding them into burger? But I can't use pork. My better third won't eat it. Thanks.

White chili would be my first thought

I have never ground wild turkey, when we grind our heritage birds we include thigh meat.
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 tsp onion powder
pinch of ground red pepper
1 tsp celery salt
1 tbs dijon mustard
dash of worchester sauce
pinch of garlic
tbs kraft mayo
Pat out thin and lightly brown, dont over cook

some add an egg, I do not
sometimes I roll it in corn meal

A better idea is meatballs and spaghetti we do them often cooked in the oven.
I will post a picture of the recipe

If you have alpha gal, you can still do what @Boll Weevil did, but just use collagen casings. I do this for my dad. He can't have beef, pork or lamb
