My son had lots of pics of this doe and she was on the top of his hit list as far as does go. Fortunately for him, she came hobbling in to his shooting lane this eve at about 7:15. He put a really good pass-through shot on her and got to hear her crash. She seems very healthy….guessing 85-90 lbs field dresses. We'll weigh her to be sure. Congrats Cory!

It's really amazing she could make a living with only 3 legs. I think missing a front leg is even harder to get around. When I was younger, I shot a young buck and hit his front leg with my hawken. I never found that deer and often think about how he survived. I vowed to become a better shot and I have. Congratulations to your son.
