I tried a new recipe tonight. Baked potatoes, rotel, crawfish tails, and Velveeta cheese. It was amazing

Split potatoes in half and score the cut side in a criss cross pattern. Season to taste. Melt a stick of butter and pour over them. Bake 30-45 minutes at 425*.

I used 1/2 stick of Velveeta, 1 bag of crawfish tails, 1 can of rotel, pour in saucepan and heat on med until melted. Season to taste. Mix all together and stir add more seasons to taste.

Pour sauce over cooked potato and enjoy.

Never mind the 4 Roses in the Pic.
