Gonna cook a whole tenderloin for a work gathering.
Won't be able to use anything but an oven.
Any tried and true methods out there ?

I used to cook them occasionally. No idea where I found the recipe but it used fresh minced garlic and rosemary. Stuff a wooden spoon (what I used) all the way through to make a hole through the middle of it then stuff it with the garlic and rosemary. Olive oil, salt and pepper on the outside then 350 in the oven until it hits about 145 to 150 on a meat thermometer, about 3.5 hours. It was pretty good.

My absolute favorite is Alton Brown's chipotle-honey-lime-garlic recipe. It's specifically grilled, but no reason you can't sear it in a skillet and finish in the oven.
