Cut in ibite size strips and place in yourr favorite maricade for 30 minities. Shake off marinde. Heat slowly on can of golden cream of soup and chopped onion and garlic. Place meat in and simmer briefly until medium done. Serve over rice/

Slice into 1/4 inch slices and pound out with the smooth side of a meat tenderizer until as thin as possible. Season with salt pepper, and garlic or maybe your favorite cajun spice. Sear very quickly in a very hot cast iron skillet. Put on french bread with pepper jack cheese and sauted onions and peppers. If you like horseradish, put some creamy horseradish sauce on it.
